People V balloons

People are like balloons, all shapes, sizes and colours and like balloons you can fill a person up but eventually if you keep adding more they will burst.
Balloons can hold a lot of liquid, they stretch to accommodate this weight but the skin becomes thinner and thinner until it finally gives out.
You can refill the same balloon over and over if you don't put too much in at a time and keep its contents to a reasonable level.
Over time if the balloon is filled to bursting and emptied and refilled the skin may become thin so the next time it is filled maybe only half way, it could unexpectedly burst.
Some times you can allow liquid to trickle constantly into a balloon without it bursting even though it is full to the top, but it wont be as strong and so if suddenly a lot of liquid pours in, it will explode. Drenching everyone around.
Some balloons can hold a lot, some can only manage small amounts and overflow sooner it's just the way they are made.
There may be that one person that damages your balloon and causes it to burst unexpectedly.
It's good to get to know your balloon and how much liquid it can take. Over time as you acquaint yourself with your balloon you will see signs that the skin is becoming thin and unable to take the weight of the liquid. Let a little out and don't take any more in. If you get to know your balloon you will learn how much liquid it can tolerate before it overflows or bursts completely.
Others can see your balloon and may think you have a very tough balloon and try to over fill it, don't let them. They may see your balloon as very small and not very tough, let them know how strong your balloon really is. But remember its limitations.
Some balloons when they have been overstretched and the liquid has been removed don't look or feel the same but that's ok it shows how strong your balloon really is.
Take care of your balloon.

People can hold a lot of pressure, they stretch to accommodate this stress but their skin becomes thinner and thinner until it finally gives out.
You can refill the same person over and over if you don't put too much in at a time and keep the stress to a reasonable level.
Over time if that person is filled to bursting and emptied and refilled they may become less able to cope so the next time a stressful situation crops up, even a small one, they could unexpectedly burst.

It's good to get to know yourself and how much stress you can take. Over time as life unfolds you may see signs that your resilience is becoming less and you are unable to take the stress of the situations. Let a little stress out and don't take any more in. If you get to know yourself you will learn how much stress you can tolerate before you over flow or bursts completely.
Others may think you are very resilient and try to put on you, don't let them, they may see you as not very tough, let them know how strong you really are. But remember your limitations.
Some people when they have been in stressful or traumatic situations don't look or feel the same but that's ok it shows how strong you really are.
Take care of yourself.
Take care of your balloon.
